National Digital Stewardship Residency Inaugural Residents Selected

The Art Libraries Society of North America (ARLIS/NA) in partnership with the Philadelphia Museum of Art, have selected four candidates for the inaugural class of the National Digital Stewardship Residency for art information professionals (NDSR Art). The residents will begin their twelve-month appointments in July 2017.

ARLIS/NA Releases Census of Art Information Professionals: Preliminary Report of Findings

The Art Libraries Society of North America (ARLIS/NA) announces the publication of Census of Art Information Professionals: Preliminary Report of Findings. This preliminary report is the first publicly shared summary of the results of the Census of Art Information Professionals (2016). 

2018 ARLIS/NA Conference Call for Proposals

The Art Libraries Society of North America (ARLIS/NA) will hold its 46th annual conference, "Out of Bounds,” in New York City, February 25-March 1, 2018. The New York Conference Program Committee encourages fellow librarians, archivists, curators, museum professionals, educators, artists, designers, architects, and scholars to propose content that expands the boundaries of art librarianship.
