Transit/Public Transportation to 2024 Conference 

Airport, Train and Bus Service

Attendees can fly into Pittsburgh International Airport or travel by train, bus or car.

• Pittsburgh International Airport is 18 miles from the Omni William Penn and is accessible via public transportation, taxi or rideshare.

• Public Transit: Pittsburgh Regional Transit offers public transit service to and from Pittsburgh International Airport via the 28X Airport Flyer. The 28X route serves Pittsburgh International Airport, Robinson Towne Center, Downtown Pittsburgh, and Oakland seven days a week. View more information and bus schedules.

• Rideshare: The pick-up zone for rideshare services, such as Uber and Lyft, at Pittsburgh International Airport is outside Baggage Claim Door #4 at the Commercial Arrivals Curb.

• Taxi, Limousine, Shuttle and Charter Buses: Pittsburgh International Airport has a comprehensive list of approved limousine, taxi, shuttle and charter bus services. View the list of transit service options.

• Paratransit ADA Access Service: ACCESS ADA Paratransit Service is a shared-ride, advance-reservation paratransit service that operates throughout Pittsburgh and surrounding Allegheny County. Contact the ACCESS office at least two weeks in advance of visiting Pittsburgh to register to travel. View the Access ADA service.

• Amtrak Union Station is 0.6 miles from the Omni William Penn Hotel and is accessible by foot, public transportation, taxi or rideshare.

• Greyhound Bus is 0.3 miles from the Omni William Penn Hotel and is accessible by foot, public transportation, taxi or rideshare.

Parking

Take advantage of convenient valet parking with unlimited in and out privileges at the Omni William Penn hotel or choose self parking across the street at the Mellon Square parking garage.

• Hotel Valet Parking: $45/overnight. Please note that valet can park only standard size vehicles, no oversize vehicles can be accommodated. 

• Self Parking: Midweek price is $20 per day. Weekend rate beginning Friday at 5:00 p.m. is $8. There are no in/out privileges for this lot.

Street parking can easily be paid for with a mobile app Go Mobile PGH. 

Bus, Light Rail and Incline

The Pittsburgh Rapid Transit (PRT) runs more than 80 bus and light rail routes serving Downtown daily. Just across the river are the two historic inclines which can take you up Mt. Washington for stunning views of the city. View the PRT website for more information.

Bikeshare

POGOH is Pittsburgh's bikeshare system. Bikeshare is available for visitors to take short trips around Pittsburgh. With the POGOH app, customers can access the Pay As You Go option for 30 minutes at a time. Visit the POGOH website for details.
