Tours: 54th Annual Conference

Policies

• Tour registrations may be canceled before April 3, 2026 at 11:59PM EST. For tours that cost $50 or under, a $5 USD cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund; and for tours that cost over $50, a $10 USD cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.  Any cancellations received April 4, 2026 or after will not receive a refund.
• All cancellations must be emailed to info@arlisna.org
• All tour attendees must be over 15 years of age on the day of the tour.
• All tour attendees must be registered for the conference (i.e. full conference, one-day registrant, unemployed, accompanying guest, etc.).
• When a tour reaches capacity, a waitlist option will be available at no charge. 

  • Notifications for openings will be emailed in the order each person was added to the waitlist. 

  • If you are emailed that a spot has opened, you will have 48 hours to register and pay, or the next person on the waitlist will be notified. 
• Registration for tours may be transferable. Transferring registration may only occur onsite during the conference. To transfer tour registration to another conference attendee, you must go to the ARLIS/NA conference registration desk at the Hotel Bonaventure.
