Digital Humanities SIG 2021 Fall Meeting

Join the Digital Humanities (DH) SIG on October 1, 2021 for a talk by George Bruseker, CEO, Takin Solutions, and Nikos Minadakis, CEO, Advance Services. They will discuss the reasons and means for adopting semantic and linked open data methods in the digital humanities. George will introduce the basics of semantic data and the CIDOC CRM ontology. Nikos Minadakis will showcase several Advance Services projects implemented in the ResearchSpace platform for different clients. This will demonstrate the potentials opened to users to create, visualize, and contextualize their semantic, linked data. ResearchSpace is an open-source platform funded by the Mellon Foundation.
