ARLIS/NA New England Spring/Summer Meeting

Friday, June 5, 2026
Yale University, New Haven, CT
Category: Chapter Event

Please save the date for the ARLIS/NA New England spring/summer chapter meeting - to be held Friday, June 5th @ Yale University in New Haven, CT.

We hope you will join us for our spring/summer meeting. We will start with our business meeting and move into lightening talks/presentations (both will be accessible remotely). After lunch on your own in the area, there will be options for tours, exhibits, and social crating, with a closing coffee and treats reception.

We are still looking for submissions for the lightning talks. We welcome both in person and Zoom presentations.
In a time when many are unable to receive institutional support for professional development, we hope to provide a platform for those who are unable to travel to conferences to present, as well as for those who are able to attend the annual conference to bring what they learned back to the rest of the chapter. We invite topics of all kinds but especially encourage presentations from new or early career professionals; on inclusive and anti-racist work in a time of challenges to intellectual freedoms; and on new directions in collections and acquisitions. If you're not sure if your topic would be a good fit, please feel free to email arlisneboard@googlegroups.com to chat about it! If you would like to present, please respond to this brief survey by Friday, May 15th.

We looking forward to seeing you on Friday, June 5th!
