Professional Bio
I am an Associate Professor and Art, Architecture, & Planning Librarian at the University of New Mexico (UNM) in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I collaborate with faculty within the Art Department in the College of Fine Arts and the School of Architecture and Planning to deliver quality information and visual literacy instruction that aligns with student success initiatives at UNM. I am also passionate about supporting the creative endeavors, teaching, lifelong learning, and research of instructors and students within these programs. Before coming to UNM in 2016, I worked at Lewis & Clark College as a Visual Resources and Arts Librarian from 2009-2015. I have worked as an educator, librarian, and visual resources curator, and my research interests include information evaluation as it's related to trust and the evolving information ecosystem.
