The Nominating Committee was created for the purpose of finding qualified candidates for Executive Board positions. Each year, the Committee submits a list of nominees (one per position to be filled) to the Executive Board. Elections one year are for the Vice- President/President-Elect, the Treasurer, and two Functional Liaisons, and in the alternate year, for the Vice President/President-Elect, the Secretary, and three Functional Liaisons. The list of nominees is submitted to the Executive Board for approval by the date specified by the Executive Board.
Committee Structure: Committee members may serve no more than two consecutive one-year terms on the committee. At least one current Executive Board member shall serve on the committee.
