DeEtta JonesThe Education Subcommittee of the Professional Development Committee (PDC), with the Diversity Committee and the Mentoring Subcommitee of the PDC, will present the second of two webinars with leadership and strategy consultant DeEtta Jones, "‚Ä®‚Ä®Developing Intercultural Competence with DeEtta Jones", on February 10, 2015, at 2:30 p.m. ET.

This presentation strategizes ways to increase cross-cultural competence in the work place, specifically focusing on racial issues and intolerance. Participants will learn how to resolve conflicts in ways that optimize cultural differences for better, longer lasting, more creative solutions, and will gain strategies for achieving diversity and inclusion goals.

Jones is the Principal of DeEtta Jones and Associates (DJA Consulting) and has more than twenty years of experience working with people from around the world.
