Wait List Policy
A wait list is an electronic list of conference attendees who are waiting to register for a special event, workshop or tour (henceforth referred to as ‘event’). If a wait list is available, attendees may sign up to be on a wait list when they attempt to register for an event that has reached its capacity. When a space becomes available, the first person on the wait list is notified via email.
An individual on a wait list is not officially registered for the event.
Being on a wait list does not guarantee registration for an event or that a new event will be made available.
An individual may remove themselves from a wait list by sending an email to email@example.com.
An individual is not officially registered for an event until payment has been received.
