All registrations for the 2012 Annual Conference are processed online.
Please follow the instructions below based on your form of payment.

Credit Card:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover as payment for registration. Click the "Register" button below and follow the on-screen instructions to register by credit card.

Check:
Click the "Register" button below and follow the on-screen instructions to register and choose the “pay by check” option. You will be given an on-screen invoice that you can use to remit with your registration payment.

Purchase Order:
We do not accept purchase orders as payment for registration.

ARLIS/NA Affiliates:
If you are a member of an ARLIS/NA Affiliate Organization (www.arlisna.org/about/affiliates.html) you can register at the "members" rate by downloading (PDF) and completing this form.

Online Registration:

Cancellations:

* The ARLIS/NA cancellation policy is a full refund minus a $75.00 (USD) administrative fee – for cancellations up to 30 days prior to the start of the conference.

* No refunds will be given for tours or workshops, unless cancelled due to under-subscription.

* Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the start of the conference must be made in writing to the ARLIS/NA Treasurer.
