To be used by:
Divisions, Sections, Round Tables, Committees, Special Appointments, Chapter Chairs, Management Staff, and Executive Board, for preparing annual, midyear, and progress reports.


Format

Title: Progress or Annual Report (date)
Responsible Group (Name of DSRT, Committee etc.)
Submitted By: Name (Moderator, Ex. Board member etc.)
E-mail address
Phone / Fax numbers
Report:
  • Leadership Update (incoming officers names etc.)
  • Brief Narrative re. activities, membership, plans, etc.
  • ARLIS/NA Strategic Plan
    • Include description of Action Items
    • Indicate status or activity (pending, completed, progress)
  • Issues for the Executive Board (concerns, suggestions for additions to Strategic Plan, etc.)

(no deadline) Progress reports (reports from Round Tables optional)
