MOTIONS

Motion #1: Unanimously approved that the Executive Board extends its congratulations to Mona Chapin and Ann Abid, Program Co-Chairs, Ray Anne Lockard and Jane Dunwoodie, Local Arrangements Co-Chairs, and the Local Planning Committee for organizing an outstanding 2000 Pittsburgh Conference.

Motion #2: Unanimously approved that the Executive Board accepts the DC/Maryland/Virginia Chapter's invitation to host the 31st ARLIS/NA Annual Conference in Baltimore in 2003.

Motion #4: Unanimously approved that the Awards Committee be renamed the Distinguished Service Award Committee, as suggested by the current Committee Chair, Milan Hughston.

Motion #5: Unanimously approved that the Executive Board approve a new conference registration rate for retired members equivalent to the student category.

Motion #6: Unanimously approved to adjourn the 2000 Pittsburgh Post-Conference Executive Board Meeting.
