possibility of mounting a survey instrument on the AWS

call for committee volunteers to ARLIS-L

with committee chairs concerning committee membership and goals
- Recruit
chairs for Strategic Planning Task Force; consult concerning task force
goals
- Serve
as Board liaison for divisions, sections, round tables, and liaisons;
forward list of moderators and liaisons to web editor
- Lead
AWS Task force of Board and Publications Committee members to determine
process and feasibility of web page redesign: outlined content , presented
possible layout
- Start
planning for NY Leadership Breakfast
- Draft
an overhaul of the management calendar: rework calendar in terms of how long
before or after conference and mid-year Board meeting something must be
done; forward to President and Administrative Documents Editor for comment;
solicit timing of their activities from Nominating Committee and Awards
