In the past year we had two meetings, one on January 16, 2002 and the
other on July 22, 2002. In January
we met at the pARTS Photographic Arts Gallery in Minneapolis and toured “Roger
Mertin: In Minnesota, 1991-2001”. The
July meeting convened at the Minnesota Historical Society in St. Paul, where we
toured the Archives and art collection of the museum.
At these meetings we discussed ideas to get consortial prices on art databases, methods for recruiting new members, and ideas for future meetings.
We plan to hold our next meeting this month at the University of Minnesota.
