Art & Design School Library Division NewsEdited by Elinor NachemanPratt Institute Staffing Changes Cynthia Johnson, former director of reader services at Pratt Institute, has taken a position at the University of California, Irvine, as head of the Langson Library reference department. Tony White, art and architecture librarian at Pratt, is filling in as interim director of reader services while continuing his current position responsibilities. Otis College of Art & Design Library Using CONTENTdm The Millard Sheets Library at Otis College of Art & Design has recently purchased CONTENTdm, digital collections management software, to use for publishing Otis collections online. Under the direction of visual resources librarian, Heather Cleary, there are currently approximately seven thousand images of artists' books and another one thousand images from the Otis archives available online.
