The editors are appointed/reappointed by the Vice President/President Elect in consultation with the Editorial Director, report to the Editorial Director, and are members of the ARLIS/NA Editorial Board. Both positions receive an honorarium.

Dear ARLIS/NA Community,
I trust you returned from the Fort Worth conference in March invigorated and inspired by the content, friendships—new and renewed—and conference as a whole. It is an exciting time for our society with the upcoming March 2016, Seattle joint VRA-ARLIS/NA conference planning well underway. New to this conference is a Digital Humanities THATCamp being organized as a preconference event and the previously announced Association of Architecture School Librarians (AASL) conference overlap with our meeting. Continued planning for another Leadership Institute is in the works as well. We are also gearing up for the 2017 conference in New Orleans.
The Public Policy Committee has started a new monthly news email, the Public Policy Committee News Alerts (PPC/NA). The initiative supports the committee's mission to monitor public policy issues and keep the ARLIS/NA membership informed. The monthly alerts are intended to be conversation starters, help members keep up on public policy issues, and alert members to new developments.
