Jen Library Access Services Librarian Position

SCAD Savannah seeks qualified applicants for the Jen Library access services librarian position.

The person in this position is responsible for overseeing all operations of the circulation desk, including reserves; supervising work-study students; and maintaining library stacks. In addition, some reference desk hours are assigned. Qualifications required include an ALA-accredited M.L.S. degree; an undergraduate or graduate degree in art, art history, design or related field; excellent written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of integrated library systems; familiarity with current copyright compliance issues; three years of library supervisory experience; and access services experience in an academic or public library setting, including some reference experience.
