5:00pm - 6:00pm	First Time Attendees Orientation
	First-timers can take advantage of this opportunity to meet ARLIS/NA President Amy Lucker and other members of the ARLIS Board. This is a great chance to network with new colleagues and meet some of the exhibitors at a brief orientation to the conference.
6:00pm - 7:30pm	38th Annual ARLIS/NA Convocation
	The official opening event of the conference. Come honor your colleagues as they receive awards!
7:30pm - 9:30pm	Welcome Party and Convocation Reception
	Immediately following the convocation ceremony, proceed to the Cityview Ballroom for a reception style dinner featuring live jazz music and a cash bar.

10:00am - 11:30am	Grand Opening of the Exhibits Hall (NO CONFLICT TIME)
	Join us in the Exhibits Hall for some special time with our Exhibitors. The Grand Opening of the Exhibits is the first opportunity to make contact with old friends and to discover what is new and exciting for the year in the publishing world. The Exhibit Hall is the only activity scheduled for this time slot, allowing us concentrated time to talk with our exhibitors. Funds received from our exhibitors help subsidize the costs of our conference. Come visit our exhibitors, explore what they’re offering and thank them for their generous support of our professional development!
6:00pm - 9:00pm	ARLIS/NA Get-Together at F A Bernett (first come, first served)
	F.A. Bernett Books invites ARLIS/NA conference attendees to visit its offices in Boston’s historic Leather District for a special gathering featuring drinks, small plates, conversation, and a few of the staff’s favorite tunes on the in-house sound system. Space is limited, so register in advance to guarantee admittance. This event is very generously sponsored by FA Bernett Books.
9:00pm - 11:00pm	Boston Ar(Tea) Party:
	"The artists are coming... the artists are coming... " Join us for a unique evening featuring performance and installation art and artists. Mingle with friends, meet the artists, and enjoy the view of the Boston waterfront while sipping cocktails and indulging in dessert.

12:30pm - 2:00pm	All ARLIS/NA members are invited to the annual business meeting. Lunch is provided.
7:00pm - 10:00pm	Society Circle at Lala Rokh
	The Society Circle will dine together at Lala Rokh, an awarding winning Persian restaurant located in the historic Beacon Hill region of Boston. Lala Rokh offers a unique Eastern Mediterranean menu, based on the home-style Persian cuisine that the restaurateurs Azita-Bina Seibel and Babak Bina grew up with. The restaurant also contains their families collection of 14th -16th century Persian miniatures, 8th - 16th century calligraphy, and historic maps. This event is very generously sponsored by Ars Libri Ltd.
	Sunday Supper Club in the Hub (first come, first served)
	Expand your horizons and your Boston experience with Dutch-treat dining! Local ARLISians will escort small-medium sized groups to dinner at their favorite restaurants in vibrant and quaint neighborhoods around Boston and Cambridge. Meet new colleagues and catch up with far-flung friends!

	Richard McElroy will lead a birdwalk along the waterfront. Be sure to bring your binoculars! For those of you not attending the ARTstor meeting, the birdwalk will go past 8 a.m. Meet in the lobby of the Seaport hotel.
