January Old/New Board Meeting, Boston College

April 27, 2001 Spring meeting at the Museum of our National Heritage with a presentation by Mark Tabbert Masonic/Fraternal Curator on "Masonic symbolism in Art" and presentation and tour Return to Route 66 -

Aug. 14-15, 2001 ARLIS/NA co-sponsored an exciting pre-conference with the theme: "How do I find a picture of ..? : The Changing Nature of Image Research." Over 175 people from around the world attended and it was a wonderful opportunity to learn from each other. It was also very rewarding to see our ARLIS/NA colleagues here in Boston for a delightful change.

Oct. 26, 2001 Fall meeting at Yale, where Barbara Rockenbach and her colleagues hosted an informative program on. "Building for the Future, Architecture and Art Libraries"

The Board also established a new scholarship in honor of book dealer, scholar and ARLIS friend Elmar Seibel, president of Ars Libri.
