The Indigenous Art and Culture Round Table received and reviewed a proposal at its annual business meeting in Pittsburgh to cosponsor a session at the LA conference on Native American art. After much discussion at this meeting and afterwards it was decided that we would join the Museum Library Division, the Diversity Committee, and the Women and Art Round Table in cosponsoring the session Native American Art: Challenges for Artists, Curators, Scholars, Librarians, and Educators at the LA conference. In relation to the Strategic Plan there was discussion at the Pittsburgh business meeting as to whether the round table's membership reflected the major institutions and libraries in our respective fields. This topic will be addressed again at our business meeting in LA. We will also be soliciting proposals for sessions for the St. Louis conference.
